Today's ROTD is for my sister. I saw her today, and she said that she enjoys looking at the Rooms of the Day, but none of them are her style. It's definitely true...we have completely opposite taste. Her taste tends to be more country (and of course, I love contemporary). But I want this site to be for all tastes. So Cathy, here's a country kitchen for you! I hope you like it.

I really like the color palette, which is a classic country color palette. I also really like the blue island in combination with the white cabinets. And of course, there's a little contemporary in there for me with the stainless steel range.
